GPA-5 is a dual-channel 2*5 W TDD RF power amplifier with integrated transmit/receive (T/R) functionality launched by Zencheer. It measures 108*77 mm, operates over the 500-1500MHz band, and provides high-linearity output. It can be used with various wireless cards/modules supporting standards such as WiFi, LTE, and DVB-T. GPA-5 is an upgraded version of the DPA-5, compared with the DPA-5, it adds an open-circuit detection function on the antenna port, improving overall system reliability.
