DPA-5 is a dual-channel 2*5 W TDD RF power amplifier with integrated transmit/receive (T/R) functionality launched by Zencheer. It measures 88*77 mm, operates over the 500–1500MHz band, and delivers high-linearity output. It can be used with various wireless cards/modules supporting standards such as WiFi, LTE, and DVB-T.
